Windmill International

For more than two decades, Windmill International has been considered one of the defense industry’s business leaders in program management, engineering, training, technology and software development.  Headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire, the veteran-owned company has grown continuously and has built an excellent reputation with its customers as a highly efficient and skilled solutions-provider.   Windmill specializes in the full range of advisory and assistance services (A&AS) including acquisition management, program/project management, engineering and technical support, tactical SATCOM systems, logistics and sustainment, and warehouse/supply chain management.  Windmill’s current customer base includes:  U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center; NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Programme Management Agency; Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs; Transportation Security Administration; U.S. Department of Interior; and U.S. Air Force Leadership Development Program.

Sigmatech brings a portfolio of technical and programmatic capabilities to bear for Seaport-e customers.  Founded in 1986, Sigmatech is a proud graduate of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.  Specific capabilities include:  Command & Control; Software Engineering; Testing & Evaluation; Integrated Logistics; Operations Research & Development; and Planning and Assessments for Mission, Acquisition and Deployment.  Sigmatech’s current customer based includes:  U.S. Missile Defense Agency; U.S. Defense Logistics Agency; U.S. Navy; U.S. Army; U.S. Air Force; National Aeronautics and Space Administration; U.S. Office of Personnel Management; U.S. Food and Drug Administration; U.S. Department of Agriculture; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and the Federal Aviation Administration.

 

Crew Training International (CTI)

For over 20 years, CTI has developed advanced training solutions for the Department of Defense, government, and commercial training programs.  Using their expertise in identifying needs in high-stress, time critical environments, they develop custom training solutions using cutting edge learning to help your teams accelerate their performance.  Their primary assets are highly skilled training professionals and an experienced, capable management staff.  Applying their combined professional experience has provided customized learning solutions for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, European and NATO aircrews, NASA test aircrews, project engineers and project managers, FAA aircrews, and commercial organizations.  They have extensive experience in Instructional System Design (ISD) process development accumulated from more than 20 years of performance in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating contract aircrew training (CAT) and courseware development (CWD) programs for flight and mission crews at more than 40 sites worldwide for nearly 70 different aircraft.
